I was a tad irritated with Spring Hill when they bumped up the shipping by $3 as soon as I entered the coupon (from $10 to $13--I thought $10 was plenty for some bulbs). I consider that kind of dishonest. What do you think? I actually didn't complete the order for now while I think about it. I'm not sure if the prices are good or not. Maybe you know from past experience?
